Job Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Planning and Execution
(1) Plan and execute regular training courses tailored to employees functions and learning roadmaps.
(2) Efficiently allocate and implement training resources in response to organizational and product needs, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of course delivery.
2. Course and Process Optimization
(1) Adjust course content or case studies based on learners backgrounds and organizational needs, enhancing relevance and practicality.
(2) Collaborate with consultants to design or modify course materials and case studies according to organizational requirements.
(3) Continuously optimize execution processes to create synergy and improve productivity.
3. Business Alignment
(1) Work closely with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure training solutions align with organizational strategies and talent development needs.
(2) Provide swift and flexible training support when new fabs or locations are established.
4. Project Management
(1) Plan, schedule, and execute cross-department training projects, ensuring resource integration, risk management, and delivery effectiveness.
5. Data-Driven Learning
(1) Evaluate course effectiveness using data and propose improvement suggestions.
(2) Explore data analysis and automation tools to enhance team productivity and learning experiences.
Job Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience
(1) Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Psychology, or related fields.
(2) 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HRD, HRBP, or other HR-related roles is highly preferred.
2. Core Competencies
(1) Strong planning and execution skills, capable of independently designing and delivering courses.
(2) Ability to understand organizational needs and adjust or optimize course content and case studies.
(3) Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource integration, and implementation.
(4) Effective problem-solving mindset, proactive in identifying issues and exploring various solutions.
(5) Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to clearly and logically present ideas.
(6) Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to share and assist others.
3. Additional Skills (Plus)
(1) Proficiency in data analysis and application to drive decision-making.
(2) Familiarity with Excel, VBA, RPA automation tools, Tableau, or learning technology is a plus.
(3) Fluent verbal communication and writing skills in English is a plus.
