Lead endtoend governance and execution of Digital programs-including customer journey platforms, data & AI, cloud modernization, and remote sales/VFA initiatives-while shaping the strategic delivery roadmap for the Digital Department. This role ensures business outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with policy and audit standards. Act as a key advisor on prioritization, investment planning, and capability building to accelerate digital transformation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Delivery & Portfolio Governance

  • Partner with Digital leadership to define and maintain the multiyear delivery roadmap aligned to business strategy.
  • Establish governance for Digital programs with clear visibility of milestones, costs, and dependencies.
  • Balance scope, capacity, and critical path across squads and vendors to maximize portfolio value.

2. Vendor Selection & Commercial Management

  • Lead RFP/RFI processes, technical/service evaluations, ESG considerations, and contracting in partnership with Procurement, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Manage partner performance (SLAs, deliverables, acceptance, change control) and optimize cost and scope.

3. Risk, Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Ensure SDLC policy adherence, change control discipline, and audit evidence packs for internal/external audits.
  • Maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, and residual risk posture aligned with governance standards.

4. Stakeholder Management & Business Value

  • Orchestrate crossfunctional stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate decisions.
  • Translate business goals into measurable KPIs (timetomarket, adoption, benefit realization) and track benefits delivery.

5. People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build a highperforming PM team: recruit, coach, and manage performance standardize templates and playbooks.
  • Champion safety, integrity, and respectful collaboration in line with company standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in project/program management, including 2+ years leading PM teams delivering complex, multivendor Digital platforms.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of SDLC, Governance and formal PM controls (PMP/PMIACP preferred).
  • Domain: Insurance/financial services experience preferred
  • Tools: Proficiency with management tools ex. Jira/Confluence, MS Project, Power BI
  • Language: Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English for crossborder collaboration.
