LAND SURVEYOR

• Carry out land surveying, setting out, andlevelling works for HDB construction project sites.
• Verify site measurements, alignment,coordinates, levels, and grid lines according to approved drawings and projectrequirements.
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-builtsurveys when required.
• Assist the project team in checking structurallevels, building positions, road levels, drainage levels, and other site surveymatters.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers,site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant parties onsurvey-related works.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, setting-outreports, as-built drawings, and related site documentation.
• Ensure survey works are carried out accuratelyand in compliance with HDB project specifications, approved drawings, andconstruction standards.
• Support site progress by providing timely surveydata and resolving survey discrepancies or site measurement issues.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Certificate in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction orequivalent.
• Prior experience as a Land Surveyor in theconstruction industry, preferably in HDB / public housing projects.
• Good knowledge of site setting out, levelling,alignment, coordinates, and as-built survey works.
• Able to read and interpret constructiondrawings, site plans, structural drawings, and survey data.
• Familiar with HDB project requirements,construction standards, and site safety practices will be an advantage.
