We are seeking a highly driven Junior QA Analyst with experience in functional testing, bug tracking, and system analysis within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and usability of the banking systems by executing test cases, documenting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing, usability testing, and system analysis for banking/financial applications.
- Track, report, and manage bugs using defect-tracking tools.
- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Analyze business requirements and ensure alignment with system functionality.
- Assist in documentation, including test scripts, user guides, and process flows.
- Support administrative tasks such as data input, filing, and report generation.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of QA/testing experience in banking/financial systems (e.g., core banking, payments, loans)
- Basic knowledge of business requirements analysis and project management.
- Strong documentation skills (test plans, reports, process flows).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and data/file management.
