We are seeking a highly-driven Junior PMO to support the PMO Manager in monitoring and optimizing the project portfolio.
In this role, youll ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and governance coordination while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Governance, Finance, and local project teams). Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Monitoring
- Assist the PMO Manager in tracking project progress, consolidating updates, and maintaining the project portfolio.
- Support budget arbitration within the portfolio to align with Finance team targets.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project data (budgets, timelines, deliverables) and ensure integrity across systems.
- Generate dashboards/reports, analyze deviations, and provide actionable insights.
- Track project budget/timesheet/consumption data and report variances to Finance.
Governance & Communication
- Facilitate communication with Investment Committees and stakeholders on project governance.
- Organize portfolio review meetings and document key decisions.
Administrative Coordination
- Manage PMO/project sites, maintain records, and schedule critical meetings.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 13 years of PMO, project coordination, or related experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)pivot tables, macros, and dashboard creation are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data and identify trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in a multitasking environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to project budgeting or financial tracking.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI).
