About the Role
We are seeking aJewelry Shop Managerto lead our boutique inTaipeiand deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, leading a small team, and actively overseeing our social media presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about jewelry, confident in customer service, and comfortable working with highvalue inventory and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations in Taipei, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security of valuable stock.
- Lead, train, and motivate a small sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and consultative selling for engagement rings, bridal jewelry, and fine pieces.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an elegant, onbrand presentation.
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints professionally, and build longterm client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement promotions or campaigns to boost revenue.
- Have ahigh understanding of social media trendsand activelyoversee and drive our social media presence(Instagram, Facebook, and other local platforms) to support brand awareness and sales.
- Handlebasic daily accounting and administrative procedures in Taiwan, including cashup reports, basic bookkeeping, and coordination with local vendors or service providers.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience inretail management, preferably in jewelry, luxury, or fashion.
- Strong knowledge of jewelry products (materials, gemstones, styles) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills inEnglish and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
- Comfortable working with cash, POS systems, basic inventory software, and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding ofdaily accounting and administrative procedures in Taiwan(e.g., cash handling, sales reporting, simple bookkeeping).
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle responsibility for highvalue stock and sensitive data.
