We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Java Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a focus on building high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. This role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in designing system architectures in Web3 or financial payment systems, and will involve solving complex technical challenges, ensuring system performance and stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Develop and implement business modules and core frameworks in JavaIdentify and resolve technical issues in Java backend systems to ensure optimal performance and stabilityCollaborate on the architecture and design of financial systems, including core modulesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the rationality of system architecture and safeguard project quality and progressParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedbackContinuously improve and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliabilityRequirements:
5 years+ of Java development experienceFamiliar with technology frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis, as well as common NoSQL technologiesBasic proficiency in English communicationExperience working on blockchain or financial systems is a big plusExperience with mainstream development frameworks and common distributed system components, including caching and messaging mechanismsCapable of independent system design, with experience in high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-load developmentExperience in designing, developing, and tuning large-scale distributed systemsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions to complex technical issuesExperience in the crypto industry is advantageous.Why Binance
