Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain and standardize IT process documentation including SOPs, guides, and workflows
  • Assist with planning and coordination of process rollout across sites
  • Ensure documentation compliance with audit and policy standards
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain alignment
  • Track changes, maintain version control, and organize documentation repositories
  • Support development of performance indicators and reporting standards
  • Communicate process updates to relevant users and teams
  • Prepare progress reports, tracking logs, and support documentation reviews
  • Manage IT program timelines, risk registers, status reports, and milestone tracking
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure deliverable follow-through
  • Support coordination between regional IT and global teams for project execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, documentation, or process support
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and task tracking
  • Basic understanding of IT operations and business workflows
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Experience with documentation platforms such as SharePoint or similar tools

Preferred / Nice To Have

  • Experience supporting multi-site or regional projects
  • Familiarity with process frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 27001, or audit readiness
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience with project tracking tools (Gantt charts, RAID logs, task boards)
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Foundation
