Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the delivery management of IT projects. In accordance with Bytedance Office IT construction standards and process requirements, the entire project process management includes collecting and mining project requirements, organizing and completing project standard solutions (or customized solutions), organizing bidding, responsible for project implementation management, and final delivery 2. Responsible for ByteDance office IT construction-related projects, including but not limited to new construction and renovation projects of integrated cabling systems, IT room systems, audio and video systems, security systems and other related content, and continue to provide best practices for the optimization of project construction standards and construction processes 3. Continue to pay attention to industry trends and introduce practices to ByteDance that match the company's development needs.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, network communication, computer, communication engineering, project management and other related majors are preferred 2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in project management of weak current intelligent industry, with a deep understanding of weak current intelligent technology and project management 3. Have good logical thinking ability and strong resistance to pressure. Have an overall view, clear thinking, and strong communication and coordination skills 4. Be able to adapt to a certain degree of business travel, and have strong teamwork skills, multi-project management skills and professional written expression skills 5. Candidates with first-level construction engineers and PMP certificates in electromechanical and electrical majors are preferred 6. Candidates with project management experience of more than 50,000 square meters and e-commerce warehouse delivery experience are preferred.
