IT Project Manager, Healthcare Services

Or client, a well-established healthcare services is looking to hire an IT Project Manager to drive the delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across multiple business units. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading end-to-end digital transformation projects, modernising enterprise applications, and improving business and operational workflows through technology. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical digital solutions, leading projects that have a direct impact on service delivery and organisational performance.

In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from business requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. You will lead enterprise application transformation initiatives, including ERP, financial, and operational systems, while driving workflow optimisation, process digitalisation, and system integration across multiple sites. Working closely with business leaders, end users, vendors, and implementation partners, you will oversee project governance, manage budgets, timelines, risks, and vendors, coordinate user acceptance testing and change management activities, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and successfully adopted by the business.

Ideal candidates must have at least 7 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, digital transformation, or application implementation initiatives, ideally involving ERP or enterprise business systems. You should have a strong understanding of business process improvement, workflow transformation, and enterprise applications, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders, managing external vendors, and delivering projects across multiple locations will be highly regarded. Exposure to Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP platforms, systems integration, SaaS applications, Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies, and project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are advantageous.
