Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with user account creation, access management, and system setup.
  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory records.
  • Assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or security enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with service desk KPIs and reporting
  • Basic to intermediate English skills preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
