Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with user account creation, access management, and system setup.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory records.
- Assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or security enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in IT support is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with service desk KPIs and reporting
- Basic to intermediate English skills preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
