Responsibilities

Manage effective communication with investors and shareholders.
Prepare and organize regular earnings calls and investor meetings.
Draft and present IR materials, including presentation decks.
Build and maintain relationships with key investors and analysts.
Develop IR strategies and support corporate disclosures.
Conduct corporate valuation analysis and draft related reports.
Monitor capital market trends, analyze competitive dynamics, and track institutional shareholding changes.
Assist team lead with projects and ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in finance, business administration or related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in investor relations within TWSE/TPEx-listed companies is a plus.
Excellent financial analysis and stock market analysis capabilities.
Outstanding communication and external engagement skills.
Proficiency in English (essential for international investors communication).
Prior experience in securities firms, asset management companies, or accounting firms is an advantage.
