We are seeking a proactive and experienced International Sales Manager to lead global business development for our 5G equipment solutions. This role focuses primarily on managing and deepening existing customer relationships (60%), while also developing new business opportunities (40%). The ideal candidate is comfortable working across different business units, capable of independent travel, and excels in transparent and collaborative teamwork.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with international telecom operators and equipment vendors to drive long-term cooperation and renewals.
- Proactively expand business in Europe, the Americas, and Asia to grow 5G equipment sales.
- Engage effectively with customers, build trust, and foster strong partnerships.
- Travel internationally up to once per month to visit clients independently.
- Coordinate internal order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Work closely with different business units to drive cross-functional initiatives and customer solutions.
- Support pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Bachelors degree or above; engineering or telecommunications background is a plus but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of international sales experience; familiarity with the telecom industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hardware systems and communication technologies.
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; able to initiate and maintain customer engagement.
- Capable of independent travel and proactive client management.
- Familiar with internal order fulfillment and cross-functional coordination.
- Able to collaborate effectively across departments and business units, promoting information sharing, transparent decision-making, and execution excellence.
