We are seeking a proactive and experienced International Sales Manager to lead global business development for our 5G equipment solutions. This role focuses primarily on managing and deepening existing customer relationships (60%), while also developing new business opportunities (40%). The ideal candidate is comfortable working across different business units, capable of independent travel, and excels in transparent and collaborative teamwork. . Manage and strengthen relationships with international telecom operators and equipment vendors to drive long-term cooperation and renewals. . Proactively expand business in Europe, the Americas, and Asia to grow 5G equipment sales. . Engage effectively with customers, build trust, and foster strong partnerships. . Travel internationally up to once per month to visit clients independently. . Coordinate internal order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and quality. . Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs. . Work closely with different business units to drive cross-functional initiatives and customer solutions. . Support pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations. . Bachelor's degree or above engineering or telecommunications background is a plus but not required. . Minimum 5 years of international sales experience familiarity with the telecom industry is preferred. . Basic understanding of hardware systems and communication technologies. . Fluent in English Japanese language skills are a plus. . Strong interpersonal and presentation skills able to initiate and maintain customer engagement. . Capable of independent travel and proactive client management. . Familiar with internal order fulfillment and cross-functional coordination. . Able to collaborate effectively across departments and business units, promoting information sharing, transparent decision-making, and execution excellence.
