Responsibilities
1. Build core cashier payment products that fit consumers and overseas merchants, mainly including payment acceptance, cashier rendering, user payment interaction, etc., to support global ecological business and global users 2. Understand user customs and habits, competition landscape and supervision, market insights, consumer pain points and differentiated competition, and pass research and competition analysis in different markets to continuously optimize the checkout product experience and improve and enrich the checkout structure functions and value 3. Be responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle, from conception, design, development, testing, launch and operation, adapt to various international business payment scenarios, optimize user payment experience and improve key indicators on the merchant side (such as payment success rate, GMV). Product design covers user interaction, backend system design, risk control and anti-money laundering integration, data analysis, etc. 4. Identify the match between business needs and our product baseline, and improve product architecture and design to ensure high stability, performance and reliability 5. Operate the product by positioning regulatory issues, user feedback and key performance indicator analysis to continuously improve user experience, increase customer acquisition and retention, and identify insights and trends in product functions to iterate product competitiveness 6. Work with multiple cross-functional teams to effectively manage stakeholders and products across multiple markets, continuously optimize the product demand acceptance process, and improve delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in financial technology payment-related products 2. Strong business awareness and product planning experience in the payment industry 3. Have domain knowledge of payment/wallet/card/settlement/digital bank-related payment products, with experience in cross-border payments or user products preferred 4. Familiar with multiple payment service scenarios such as overseas e-commerce, live streaming, games, music, etc., with good business sensitivity and business scenario abstraction capabilities 5. Have practical experience in consumer-oriented product life cycle management, for competitive product analysis and user research, demand collection and analysis, product demand writing, data analysis and operations, pay great attention to details and user experience, and are keen to develop products and experiences with customer empathy 6. Strong logical thinking and structured thinking, excellent abstraction and induction skills 7. Able to adapt to uncertainty and change in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, positive attitude and teamwork spirit 8. Good English communication and global collaboration skills 9.
