According to the development needs of international e-commerce, be responsible for the operation management of logistics suppliers in the jurisdiction, ensuring logistics timeliness and experience 2. Responsible for conducting market and industry research, formulating operational plans, and being able to identify actual business problems and output corresponding solutions 3. Responsible for the iteration and monitoring of suppliers standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational performance indicators (KPIs), as well as strategic cooperation with business partners 4. Responsible for the monitoring and optimization of indicators, and continuously improve key indicators such as production efficiency, service quality, cost-effectiveness and satisfaction.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in international logistics operations, supply chain logistics operation management or related majors are preferred 2. English can be used as a working language, good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, Spanish/Portuguese language skills are preferred 3. Self-driven and result-oriented, with good collaboration skills.
