1. Responsible for Douyin international e-commerce search efficiency optimization, driving search strategy iteration through data and cases to improve search efficiency 2. Responsible for Douyin international e-commerce search experience optimization, understanding the search evaluation system, and driving search experience iteration through standard improvement, evaluation and user feedback 3. Understand e-commerce search user needs and merchant ecological logic, design reasonable ecological mechanisms, and leverage the growth of user demand and the improvement of high-quality supply.

1. Experience in search, recommendation, advertising and other strategic products (experience, sorting efficiency, ecological mechanism, etc.), and experience in international e-commerce products on Internet platforms 2. Have good data analysis and algorithm model understanding skills, and can drive product iterations through data 3. Strong cross-team collaboration skills, excellent communication and expression skills, and good pressure resistance 4. Those with experience in e-commerce markets in Southeast Asia, Europe, America, and Latin America are preferred, those with algorithmic background are preferred, and those with excellent English are preferred.
