Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing and maintaining customers and agencies, analyzing front-end needs, driving partners to invest in resources and manpower, and improving a virtuous cycle of service ecology 2. Provide agents with systematic training, regularly follow up on business and projects, and provide advertisers with multiple marketing solutions for product effectiveness 3. In-depth communication with all partners, and empowerment through special projects, training, and mid-level and high-level negotiations, thereby promoting the common growth of both parties goals and achieving a win-win situation 4. Experience in cross-border industries, able to judge industry trends, control the value combination of media, and effectively judge the pain points of partners and customers combine insights into international industry trends and traffic purchasing to empower agents to achieve performance growth 5. Develop potential agents or partners, assist agents to expand customers through efficient marketing methods, and establish and maintain partnerships with high-value cooperation channels 6. Provide regular review and planning through data analysis and industry insights to ensure the achievement rate of target disassembly and implementation effectively promote the solution of needs and problems through cross-department and cross-team collaboration, and improve the efficiency of service links.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in English communication, foreign education background or work experience is preferred, and more than 3 years of Internet advertising sales experience is preferred 2. Outstanding interpersonal communication, business negotiation and internal coordination skills, outstanding marketing talents are preferred 3. Maintain an open mind, have rigorous logical thinking, decision-making ability on complex issues and efficient execution 4. Have strong initiative and self-driving force in work, can adapt to the rapidly changing work environment, and have an extreme sense of truth-seeking and consensus-seeking.
