International Advertising Senior Algorithm Engineer-App Ads and Games

1. Responsible for the improvement of models and strategies at each stage of advertising targeting, recall, rough ranking, fine ranking, and bidding, to maximize monetization efficiency and customer experience 2. Use the most advanced methods in the industry to continuously optimize deep conversion models, and maximize the accuracy of LTV, payment rate, and retention rate estimations 3. Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies such as federated learning and multi-party computing to continue to improve the effectiveness of advertising in a privacy-protecting environment 4. Understand the pain points of the industry in depth, use strategies and models to explore the latest commercial monetization technology and commercial product design from the perspective of advertisers demands.

1. Good foundation in data structure, mathematical statistics and probability theory excellent coding skills, proficiency in C++/Go is a plus 2. Solid machine learning/deep learning theoretical foundation, proficiency in at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework 3. Good product awareness, willing to use product effectiveness as the most important driving factor for work 4. Candidates with deep model experience in advertising and recommendation business are preferred.
