Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cost-saving project from start to finish.
- Join daily production tier meetings and bi-weekly operations meetings for HEM readiness.
- Participate in activities such as 5S competition and meetings with EHS/facility teams.
- Learn SPC operations and the MOC process in the ETQ system with manufacturing engineers.
- Assist in communication and provide monthly presentations to update project progress to CQE team, product managers, and US engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
- Fluency in English for effective collaboration, particularly with US team members.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially with EHS, operations, and CQE teams.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of chemicals with a solid safety mindset.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
