Job Summary
Position Overview
This position directly supports the EMS Management team, participating in the management of world-class Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners and the execution of procurement strategies. You will gain deep insights into the electronics industry's business logic and assist the team in optimizing internal operational efficiency within a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Technology Trends: Conduct research on overall technology market trends and industry dynamics to assist the team in producing reports or strategic research projects.
- Data Analysis & Internal Reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing operational data to generate internal reports and dashboards. Support the team in maintaining data accuracy for management review.
- Internal Coordination & Performance Tracking: Support the team in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for EMS partners. Facilitate internal documentation and communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Administrative & Procurement Support: Assist in organizing internal records of commercial terms and contracts, while supporting the team with cross-functional coordination and meeting preparation.

Education
- Must be enrolled in a graduate programe
- Available to do full time - 6 months internship.
- Senior undergraduate or graduate students in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
