Job Accountabilities
- Provide support to the APAC Information Security Team and Local Business Information Security Officers (BISOs) on daily activities or project assignments
- Assist in the improvement of information security governance and compliance, including exception management, security assessment, risk and control reporting
- Assist BISOs in executing security assessments such as vendor security due diligence and Security Assessment by collaborating with business functions and IT teams, which includes collecting evidence, preparing reports, and following up on remediation measures to address security control gaps
- Contribute to the enhancement of security awareness initiatives:
- Generate innovative ideas for security awareness educational materials or campaigns tailored to local cultural contexts
- Analyze data from phishing simulations to identify patterns, key areas of focus, and areas requiring enhancement
- Assist the APAC team in knowledge management, reporting, data analysis, data reconciliation, follow-up on remediation actions, translation, and other related tasks
Job Qualifications
- University student inInformation Security or related disciplines
- Basic knowledge in:
- Security concepts and architectures,IT security and compliance controls
- IT technologies and processes (operating systems, databases, networking, web/application, change management, SDLC, disaster recovery, monitoring, help desk)
- Common security tools
- Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English
