We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Assist in monthly recruitment data and reports for SG and Southeast Asia region.
- Assist in hiring of interns, planning and coordinating Internship Engagement Activities.
- Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork and preparation are completed.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information in Workday.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and assisting with implementation in analyse data and creating powerpoint.
- Learning and Development: Support the planning, coordination and facilitate of training programs and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in human resource
- flexible to travel between 2 offices (Nexus and Gul)
- Able to take up 6 months full-time internship from Jun to Dec 2026.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and logical thinking
- experience in data analysis
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
