In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and enhance a global Subscription Management system. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth architectural integration and will be responsible for translating complex business processes into effective technological solutions. Your expertise will aid in driving efficiency and excellence in the design and implementation of integration strategies, which are essential for supporting our partner's growth and success in the marketplace.
Accountabilities
- Design modern interfaces for the Subscription Management platform (Zuora)
- Transform manual processes to automated APIs
- Streamline complex processes using Azure Logic Apps
- Convert business and technical requirements into practical solutions
- Create technical design documentation and engage in design reviews
- Oversee implementation processes and mentor developers
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience in development and systems integration
- Extensive background with RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP)
- Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
- Strong multitasking and issue triaging skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience with Subscription Management systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Azure is advantageous
