Responsibilities
1. Understand the credit risk control model and the entire credit process, be familiar with pre-loan/loan access, quota, pricing and other related strategies, and participate in the formulation of funding strategies 2. Continuously improve the risk control cooperation system with various financial institutions, differentiate and optimize funding strategies 3. Mining internal and external data in the ecosystem, build basic risk models, and improve user risk identification capabilities 4. Track and analyze risk policies, strategy effects, etc., and optimize risk control strategies 5. Establish a risk monitoring system, monitor asset quality and risk indicators, and locate, analyze and resolve abnormal indicators 6. Collaborate with product and R&D teams to participate in process design, demand docking and follow-up implementation related to the risk control system.
Qualifications
1. 2 or more years of relevant work experience in risk control of consumer finance businesses such as Internet finance 2. Understand common funding cooperation models such as joint loans with banks, consumer finance and trusts 3. Be familiar with consumer finance products and have a certain understanding of the target user groups of such products be familiar with the key points of consumer finance risks and the full life cycle risk control system 4. Good communication skills, able to independently undertake daily docking with external organizations 5. Good data and process analysis capabilities, summary and insight capabilities strong information collection and analysis judgment capabilities, and rich experience in customer risk analysis 6. Familiar with basic risk control modeling methods and model evaluation and application proficient in basic computer technologies, such as Python/SAS/R, statistical learning methods, Hive/SQL.
