Job Overview
We are recruiting Sales Engineer Interns to support local energy business. You will bridge technical expertise and customer needs, gaining hands-on experience with our sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in capturing customer Business Line information and tracking local & international competitor activities in GAC.
- Support identifying and qualifying sales leads and opportunities, and help maintain accurate opportunity pipeline in C4C.
- Aid in planning client calls, arranging regular client visits, and ensuring proper call coverage of assigned accounts.
- Assist in updating C4C for accounts, including customer profiling, organizational charts, visit reports, and customer drivers.
- Support management in developing sales goals, coordinating sales plans for existing/new services and products promotion.
- Help maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products/services, and support multi-BL activities and marketing strategies of the BL.
- Assist in monitoring price structure and pricing levels, and provide support for receivables management.
- Attend relevant training courses to learn key technologies and competitor practices, and complete daily coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Undergraduate/postgraduate student in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Energy Engineering, Marketing or related fields; senior undergraduates/second-year postgraduates preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin/Taiwanese proficiency is a must, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent teamwork spirit; proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn C4C system.
- Willing to work in Taipei/Miaoli, China Taiwan, and accept regular client visits and occasional business trips.
- Basic understanding of energy industry business lines and competitor dynamics is a plus; strong learning ability and sense of responsibility.
