  • Molex is seeking an Innovation Lead (Black Belt) to join our TW operations team.

The Innovation Lead (Black Belt) is a key driver in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization in Molex Taiwan. This role combines deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies with a strong focus on creativity, problem-solving, and strategic innovation to deliver measurable business results. The Innovation Lead partners with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, product development, and customer experience.

Scope:

  • Innovation project management (project scope and timely completion)
  • Gap analysis AS-IS and TO-BE for operations issues
  • Talent development and training
  • IE related analysis and problem solving
  • Operations management

What You Will Do


  • Support the management team to deploy site KPI to detail level and create annual project planning
  • Lead, oversee, and guide innovative projects for process improvement, cost saving, and other efficiency improvement activities based on operations goals
  • Develop, coach, and lead cross-functional improvement teams to discover project solutions
  • Actively use improvement methodologies to solve chronic problems
  • Systematically monitor and manage projects for timely completion on to meet KPI
  • Mentor Green Belt through their development process

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor/ (Master preferred) of IE, BA, Science or related fields.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven experience leading complex improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, Design Thinking, or other creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab, Excel, or equivalent.
