We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the companys IT operations and drive the successful implementation of our new ERP project.

This role will be responsible for managing all MIS operations, supporting daily IT needs, and ensuring stable and secure IT infrastructure across our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & System Management

Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the companys IT systems, including hardware, software, network, and cybersecurity.

Ensure the reliability and stability of all IT systems.

2. ERP Project Implementation

  • Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementation (e.g., Dynamics), from requirement gathering to go-live and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes for integration with the ERP system.

3. MIS Operation & Support

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations including POS systems, retail store networks, and internal business applications.
  • Ensure proper IT asset management, access control, data backup, and security practices.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and external IT partners.

5. Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor the IT team, including training and technical development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with at least 2 years in ERP project implementation and system support.
  • Solid understanding of retail IT systems, such as POS, store operations, and inventory systems.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects (ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership capabilities with hands-on project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail or chain-store industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Diginet, or Dynamics.
