Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT operations in Taiwan. This role will lead a small local IT team and ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services that support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall IT operations in Taiwan and lead a small IT team (1 IT staff).
- Ensure smooth and reliable IT operations within defined requirements, costs, and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate IT projects, including local ERP system implementations.
- Continuously improve IT service delivery and enhance user experience.
- Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Plan, control, and optimize the IT operations budget.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Hands-on experience managing IT service operations and system implementations, preferably with SAP.
- Experience: FMCG or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Experience: Strong understanding of business needs related to digitalization, automation, and process optimization.
- Experience: Ability to manage local IT services independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Language: Fluent in English is a plus
