Position Overview

We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join our high-performance team. This is not a typical sales role you will be closing deals with high-net-worth individuals, helping them design and implement sophisticated international strategies. Youll also play a key role in driving performance within the sales function, ensuring excellence across calls, CRM hygiene, and team effectiveness.

The right candidate is a strong closer who thrives on accountability, improvement, and results. This role requires someone who can take initiative, give direct feedback, and lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Close fast: Turn qualified inbound leads into high-ticket clients no hand-holding, no fluff.
  • Own the call: Guide high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) through complex decisions such as second citizenship, tax planning, and offshore strategies giving them clarity and confidence to buy.
  • Outperform daily: Track your numbers. Know your close rate, follow-up speed, and pipeline value. If you don&apost know your stats, this isn&apost the right role for you.
  • Fix the leaks: Identify weak leads, broken follow-ups, and poor CRM notes and clean them up without being asked.
  • Lead by example: Share feedback, raise standards, and elevate the quality of every call.
  • Document everything: Maintain clean, complete CRM notes. Youll own your pipeline like a pro.
  • Improve relentlessly: Show up to every call review and training session with the drive to sharpen your skills and help others do the same.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience closing high-ticket, consultative offers.
  • Background in B2B or B2C (non-retail) sales, with the ability to navigate complex, premium sales conversations.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal, written, and follow-up communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a track record of precision in proposals, CRM notes, and documentation.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and building trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated and accountable you track your own performance and take full ownership of your results.
