We are looking for an Import/Export Analyst at Taipei office This outstanding opportunity allows you to work at the forefront of technology, ensuring flawless compliance with global trade regulations. Our team is dedicated to driving NVIDIA's success in the international market, and your role will be crucial in maintaining our outstanding standards. What you'll be doing:

  • Support day-to-day import and export operations for NVIDIA's Taipei and Hsinchu facilities.

  • Ensure all import/export activities are conducted in compliance with NVIDIA Global Trade policies, procedures, and applicable Taiwan trade regulations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics service providers, customs brokers, customs authorities, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant trade operations.

  • Prepare, review, and submit import/export documentation, permits, and licenses required for customs clearance, including special handling requirements for designated equipment categories.

  • Monitor and resolve import/export issues such as shipment delays, customs clearance discrepancies, and compliance-related gaps.

  • Review shipping and trade documentation for accuracy and ensure adherence to formal customs clearance requirements.

  • Provide guidance, training, and process best practices to internal stakeholders across Taipei and Hsinchu sites.

  • Support Global Trade initiatives, including audits, compliance assessments, process improvement projects, and record-keeping requirements for controlled items.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field, or proven relevant work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience.

  • Knowledge of Taiwan import/export regulations and customs procedures.

  • Problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • English and Mandarin proficiency with the ability to read and write.
