Role : HR Specialist
JD :
Requirements:
· 2 Years – 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
Should have experience in below roles:
· MOM management (EP, S Pass, WP handling)
· CPF and IRAS submissions
· TAFEP and TADM policy knowledge
· Payroll input management and vendor coordination
· Employee onboarding and exit processes
· Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
Nice to Have:
· Experience with immigration-related processes (Dependent Pass, LTVP, etc.).
· Exposure to regional HR practices or multinational setups.
