Job Description

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee and drive the organisation's HR strategies, policies, and operations. This role will partner closely with business leaders to support organisational growth, employee engagement, and compliance with employment regulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
  • Partner with hiring managers to manage workforce planning and talent acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR best practices in Singapore
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and organisational development programs
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Lead and support change management and transformation initiatives
  • Oversee payroll processes and HR administration (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in HR, including exposure to multiple HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
