Our client is a growing industrials business seeking to appoint a Manager, Human Resources to oversee payroll operations, recruitment and employee relations, while supporting the broader HR agenda across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and contribute to initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness and employee experience.
Responsibilities
Leading a team, you will oversee payroll operations and governance activities, including monthly payroll review and approval, statutory reporting, audit support and manpower budgeting. This is an opportunity to partner closely with stakeholders on payroll enhancements, policy reviews and process optimisation initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and employee experience.
You will also lead corporate recruitment and talent pipelining efforts to support the organisation's growth plans, while contributing to HR projects focused on process automation, continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with prior HR experience spanning payroll operations and recruitment within a structured environment. Strong hands-on experience in payroll governance, including the ability to independently review, validate and approve monthly payroll, will be important. Exposure to payroll audits, statutory reporting and manpower budgeting activities will be advantageous. You possess a detail-oriented, process-driven approach with sound judgement and effective stakeholder management skills.
