Job Description

1. Position Purpose

HR,40%,,HR,Bureau Veritas

The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations, organizational development, employee experience, and compliance for Taiwan branch. 40% dedicated to full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions to ensure timely key talent acquisition for business growth. Collaborates with local leaders, regional HR, and cross-functional teams per Bureau Veritas standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (40%)

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions & roles.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring pipeline tracking, and recruitment KPIs.

Coordinate onboarding processes, including new hire documentation and orientation scheduling.

B. Learning & Development Leadership (30%)

Lead L&D initiatives design/execution, training delivery (soft skills, STAR, TTT), and talent reviews with follow-up actions.

Develop career frameworks/communication plans and oversee records/dashboards/KPIs.

Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions.

C. Employee Relations & Engagement (15%)

Support probation reviews & employee engagement activities including Townhalls, Year-End Party, and internal events.

Participate in corporate HR initiatives (Role Framework, BVocal, BVisible, Earth Day, IWD).

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Hiring of Timeliness: Proportion of positions filled within the agreed timeline.

Recruitment Quality: Retention rate of new hires within the first 6 months.

Data Accuracy: Error-free submission of HC reports and government filings.

Employee Experience: Completion rate of probation follow up and engagement activities.

Project Delivery: On-time completion of HR initiatives and organizational development tasks.

Compliance: Zero major audit findings related to HR operations.

L&D Impact: Training completion rate, participation metrics, and post training evaluation scores.
