Position Summary
The HR Executive serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to line managers and employees for the fashion business in COMO Group. This role supports the alignment of people strategies with business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives drive performance, engagement, and a positive workplace culture. The HR Executive is responsible for end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, while ensuring full compliance with Singapore employment legislation and company policies for the assigned portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor and employee advocate, the role contributes to building a compliant, high-performing, and engaged workforce.
