Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established multinational organization to identify a dynamic HR Business Partner to support its growing operations across Southeast Asia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a strategic role in shaping regional people strategies while working closely with senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organization Development & Effectiveness

  • Partner closely with regional business leaders across Southeast Asia to identify organizational challenges and develop annual HR strategies, including workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount optimization
  • Drive localization and implementation of global HR policies, including performance management frameworks and compensation & benefits programs

2. Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions across the region and build strong localized hiring channels (e.g., universities, government partnerships, and external networks)
  • Manage talent review processes, succession planning, and design tailored development programs to strengthen leadership pipelines

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations across Southeast Asia markets
  • Establish and maintain robust HR policies and practices to mitigate employee relations risks and support a positive workplace culture

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of HR experience in large multinational or fast-growing organizations
  • Solid experience in at least one of the following areas: compensation & benefits, performance management, or talent development
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence stakeholders across different cultures
  • Strong communication skills with full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (need to communicate with counterparts from China)

Preferred Background

  • Hands-on experience managing recruitment and HR operations across Southeast Asia markets, particularly Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia
  • Strong understanding of regional talent landscapes and local employment regulations
