Job Description

Job requirements

Job Experience & Education

  • 4–6 years of HR Business Partner or generalist HR experience, with exposure to employee relations, organizational development, and employee engagement
  • Prior experience working within a multinational corporation (MNC), with an understanding of how to navigate global-local HR dynamics; experience in the fintech, Web 3 or financial services industry is an advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Solid working knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations cases and organizational development projects with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and using HR data and analytics to generate insights and support business decisions

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to influence and build relationships across levels and cultures
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
  • High level of emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive people matters

Your Responsibilities

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, workplace conduct, and conflict resolution
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary cases in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner in accordance with Taiwan labor laws
  • Partner with the Global HR Lead to ensure local HR practices align with global policies while remaining sensitive to regional culture and regulatory requirements

Organizational Development

  • Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, including structural reviews, role clarity exercises, and change management efforts for the Taipei office
  • Partner with country manager across Business Development and Marketing to identify capability gaps and co-create development plans that align team competencies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Global HR COE to localize and deploy global talent frameworks, performance management cycles, and career development programs

Performance Management

  • Partner with managers across Taiwan's sales-driven business development and Marketing teams to manage individual performance effectively, ensuring clarity of expectations and accountability
  • Support the localization and execution of OKR alignment processes, coaching managers and employees on goal-setting, progress tracking, and performance conversations
  • Drive behavioral improvement initiatives by equipping managers with the tools, frameworks, and coaching support needed to address performance gaps constructively and consistently

Employee Engagement

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that reflect the Taipei office culture while aligning with our global people strategy.
  • Analyze engagement survey data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders and the HR team
  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture by facilitating team-building activities, recognition programs, and communication initiatives

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Own and continuously enhance the onboarding experience for new hires in the Taipei office, ensuring a structured, welcoming, and role-relevant journey from day one
  • Collaborate with the Global HR COE to ensure local onboarding practices are aligned with global standards while reflecting the unique culture and needs of the Taiwan office
  • Identify and implement improvements across key employee experience touchpoints, from onboarding through to offboarding, to strengthen retention and employee satisfaction

HR Partnership & Operations

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders in Business Development, Marketing, and HR on people-related matters, including workforce planning and team effectiveness
  • Work in close collaboration with the on-site HR Operations and Talent Acquisition partners to ensure a seamless and consistent employee experience from hire to retire
  • Provide HR reporting and data insights to the Global HR Lead to support informed decision-making and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

您將與台北行政 及 招聘同仁 合作,成為台北辦公室的主要策略型 HR 聯繫窗口,同時與區域團隊及總部 Global HR Centre of Excellence (COE)密切協作。

您將透過強化員工關係、推動組織發展,以及打造高參與度文化,支持品牌在台灣持續成長。

主要職責

一、員工關係(Employee Relations)

  • 作為員工關係議題的第一窗口,為主管與員工提供 HR 政策、職場行為及衝突解決建議
  • 依據台灣勞動法規,公平、一致且合法地處理員工申訴與紀律案件
  • 與 Global HR Lead 合作,確保在地 HR 作法符合全球政策,同時兼顧區域文化與法規需求

二、組織發展(Organizational Development)

  • 支援台北辦公室的組織發展專案,包括組織結構檢視、角色清晰化、變革管理
  • 與 業務及 行銷團隊領主管合作,辨識能力缺口並共同制定發展計畫
  • 與 Global HR COE 合作,在地化並推動全球人才架構、績效管理週期與職涯發展制度

三、績效管理(Performance Management)

  • 與各部門主管合作,確保績效管理清晰、具責任歸屬
  • 協助 OKR 在地化與執行,指導主管與員工進行目標設定與績效對談
  • 協助主管改善員工行為與績效落差,提供工具、框架與培訓支持

四、員工敬業度(Employee Engagement)

  • 設計並執行符合台北辦公室文化、同時對齊全球人資策略的敬業度專案
  • 分析員工敬業度調查數據,轉化為可執行的改善建議
  • 透過團隊活動、表揚機制與溝通專案,推動正向與包容的職場文化

五、入職與員工體驗(Onboarding & Employee Experience)

  • 負責優化台北辦公室新人入職體驗,確保有架構、具溫度且貼近角色需求
  • 與總部 Global HR COE 協作,確保在地入職流程對齊全球標準
  • 持續優化員工旅程各關鍵節點(從入職到離職),提升留任與滿意度

六、HR 策略夥伴與營運支持(HR Partnership & Operations)

  • 作為業務、行銷及 HR 部門主管的策略顧問,提供人力規劃與團隊效能建議
  • 與行政及招聘同仁密切合作,確保從招募到離職的員工體驗一致順暢
  • 提供 HR 數據分析與報告,協助總部Global HR Lead 進行決策

經驗與學歷

  • 4–6 年 HRBP經驗或HR Generalist 經驗
  • 具跨國企業(MNC)經驗,理解全球與在地 HR 協作模式
  • 具金融科技或金融產業背景尤佳
  • 人資、商管、心理或相關學士學位

專業技能

  • 熟悉台灣勞動法規與 HR 合規要求
  • 能專業處理員工關係與組織發展專案
  • 熟悉 HRIS 系統與 HR 數據分析應用
