Human Resources Business Partner

As the business grows further in Asia, we are on the lookout for a Manager, HR Business Partner to join the team and lead Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, stand-alone HR Business Partner role spanning two locationsTaiwan and Hong Kong. You will deliver proactive, efficient operational generalist support across the entire employee lifecycle, covering data management, administration, compensation and benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, employee relations, change management, and internal communications. The role requires multi-tasking and the ability to handle requests and communications from a global team while driving local execution.

Core to the position is strategic business partnering. You will engage with key stakeholders to anticipate needs, generate work proactively, and communicate effectively.

You will lead development and learning initiatives by nominating participants for training, coordinating local sessions, and managing external or internal training providers delivering the induction program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
• Experienced in business partnering in the Retail/Luxury/FMCG/Beauty field in Taiwan
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (additional languages such as Japanese or Cantonese would be a plus)
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently in a commercial environment
• Experienced working cross functionally and cross culturally
• Proven track record in driving talent development initiatives and performance management
• This is a role based in Taipei. The successful candidate should have the right to work in Taiwan without any visa sponsorship
