As the business grows further in Asia, we are on the lookout for a Manager, HR Business Partner to join the team and lead Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, stand-alone HR Business Partner role spanning two locationsTaiwan and Hong Kong. You will deliver proactive, efficient operational generalist support across the entire employee lifecycle, covering data management, administration, compensation and benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, employee relations, change management, and internal communications. The role requires multi-tasking and the ability to handle requests and communications from a global team while driving local execution.
Core to the position is strategic business partnering. You will engage with key stakeholders to anticipate needs, generate work proactively, and communicate effectively.
You will lead development and learning initiatives by nominating participants for training, coordinating local sessions, and managing external or internal training providers delivering the induction program.
