Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead HR IT projects and system implementations, focusing on system migration, integration, and optimization to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
2. Conduct research and provide actionable insights to support the optimization and development of HR systems, ensuring alignment with technological trends and industry best practices.
3. Assist in designing and implementing integrated tools to support TSMC stakeholders in talent evaluation and management across different career stages, fostering leadership development.
4. Develop and operationalize HR systems and frameworks tailored to TSMC's organizational goals, supporting employee development and leadership cultivation needs.
5. Design and implement predictive systems to help TSMC stakeholders track career development and succession planning readiness, enabling proactive workforce planning.
6. Promote the adoption and effective utilization of HR systems and resources by end users, simplifying and optimizing talent management and career development processes.
7. Drive and execute HR-related system design and implementation projects, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and organizational objectives.
8. Support TSMC in leveraging data and technology to analyze and optimize HR systems, facilitating digital transformation and addressing business needs.

Job Qualifications:

1. Personal Attributes:

2. Job Requirements:

(1) At least 5+ years of experience in HR IT systems, particularly in system development, migration, implementation, and integration. Experience in global organizations or reputable consulting firms is a plus.
(2) Proficient in HR IT project management, with expertise in technical requirement analysis and system optimization.
(3) Postgraduate degree in HR management, information technology, psychology, business management, sociology, or a related field is preferred.
(4) Strong project management skills, capable of integrating technical and business needs to deliver HR system solutions.
(5) Professional fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical discussions and documentation.
