Job Description

WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut)

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle overall HR operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and general administration.
  2. Plan and execute recruitment activities, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
  3. Prepare and manage employment contracts, job descriptions, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  4. Manage payroll, OT calculation, tax, and social security submissions accurately and on time.
  5. Maintain and update employee database and time attendance systems.
  6. Coordinate work permit, visa, and other related employee documentation.
  7. Support performance appraisal processes and HR reports.
  8. Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
  9. Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  3. Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, social security, and HR regulations.
  4. Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
