WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut)
Responsibilities:
- Handle overall HR operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and general administration.
- Plan and execute recruitment activities, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, job descriptions, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Manage payroll, OT calculation, tax, and social security submissions accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee database and time attendance systems.
- Coordinate work permit, visa, and other related employee documentation.
- Support performance appraisal processes and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, social security, and HR regulations.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
