What Role We're Looking for:

We're looking for one senior and Strategic HR Partner leader in Taiwan HR Organization who will report to Taiwan Country HR Head directly. This person will be a strategic HR professional and leader to perform as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership and executives in the organization. He/she will be collaborating with business leaders and HR team to develop strategies that enhance talents productivity and growth including aligning HR initiatives and programs with the overall business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role requires a strong understanding of HR professionalism, be able to understand business high values problem and needs for organization success, and also with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence and guide decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively shape HR BU/Function strategies and priorities to align to BU strategy and changing needs to help shape the appropriate culture. Diagnose and provide appropriate interventions to optimize business performance to execute against strategy goals. Balance enterprise-wide and business unit specific needs with local requirements.

  • Conduct organizational & talent assessments develop talent strategy and pipeline to staff and build workforce capability. (e.g., selection, assessment, development, succession)

  • Design and implement change management, communication and engagement strategies within the BU/Function.

  • Actively partner, coach & develop executive leadership and management. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management).

  • Effectively leverage and partner with COE & HR Ops in the delivery of initiatives to deliver the HR strategy for BU/Function. Balance enterprise-wide and business unit specific needs with local requirements.

  • Leverage tools and systems e.g. Workforce Dashboard, Workday to perform analytics in support of business strategy

  • Participate in HR initiatives at segment, enterprise and/or region levels.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR experience, including significant leadership responsibilities as a strategic HR Partner in a complex and matrixed enterprise.

  • Significant capacity for complexity, including the ability to conceptualize 3 to 5 year strategies and roadmaps.

  • Experience in organization design and development.

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools and systems to enable data-driven decision making.

  • Prior success leading high performing teams of direct and matrix HR employees, ideally with experience managing experienced HR Partners.

  • Demonstrated experience working dynamically with a strong capability to adapt to changes in the internal or external environment.

  • Good Business English skills to be able to communicate with multinational stakeholders
