Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Partner collaborating with the International Sales Organizations in Hong Kong and Taiwan. This role will also partner with a regional organization in the Greater Asia Pacific region. As an HR Partner, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support to the business, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including Organization Design, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters and collaborate with HR Functions to deliver HR Services.
- Drive Talent, Succession and Inclusion initiatives.
- Manage Employee and Labor Relations.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
