Lenovois seeking an experienced and skilledHR Partnerwith a specific focus on supporting theInternational Sales organization inHong Kong and Taiwan and GTAP Region (Greater Asia Pacific) SSG . As an HR Partner, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support to the business, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborating with other HR functions to deliver HR services and support.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources & Business partnering experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
