Essential Responsibilities

  • Support HR Operations related works, including onboarding, certificate letters, offboarding, HR systems, payment etc.
  • Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
  • Involve in all kinds of HR projects, employee events etc.
  • Other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented and comfortable dealing dealing with routine work;
  • Can work under time urgency and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Attend to work at least 2 days per week for duration of 6 months;
  • Fluent English in both verbal and written;
  • Proficient PC skills at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
