Job Description

This position is based in Taoyuan and requires a professional with an HRBP mindset. The ideal candidate must excel in communication and coordination, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless teamwork across departments. What You'll Do

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees on HR matters, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

  • Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with company goals and employee well-being.
  • Manage recruitment needs to support business growth.
  • Oversee performance management and career development processes to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs and assist in creating annual training plans.
  • Provide insights to optimise organisational performance based on feedback and analysis.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the Head of HR Business Partners in delivering tailored HR solutions.
  • Ensure clear communication of strategies, policies, and procedures across the organisation.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by HR management to strengthen overall HR operations.

  • A university degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related field provides you with the foundational knowledge required for this role.
  • One to three years of experience working in human resources within a multinational corporation equips you with practical insights into diverse workplace cultures.
  • Previous exposure to supporting sales & marketing professionals is highly regarded as it demonstrates your adaptability across different business functions.
  • Self-initiative paired with resilience under pressure highlights your dependability during busy periods or when handling sensitive issues.
  • A positive personality and strong interpersonal skills enable you to build professional, harmonious relationships in the workplace.
