We are seeking a strategic and operationally-driven HR Manager to serve as the critical Bridge between senior leadership and our junior HR operations team. The ideal candidate will translate high-level business objectives into actionable HR strategies while providing mentorship and guidance to the junior team. This role requires a holistic HR expert with a proven track record across Recruitment, Learning & Development (LD), and Organizational Development (OD).
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, implementing innovative sourcing methods to secure high-caliber talent.
- Workforce Strategy: Manage strategic manpower planning and headcount control to ensure the organizational structure remains lean and aligned with business growth.
2. Organizational Development (OD) & HRD
- Bridging Management & Operations: Act as the primary liaison between Management and the Junior HR team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- LD & Culture: Direct all Human Resource Development (HRD) activities and training programs to enhance employee capabilities and foster a high-performance learning culture.
- Performance Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end performance management system, including annual appraisals, probation reviews, and internal talent mobility (promotions/transfers).
3. Compensation, Benefits & Advisory
- C&B Stewardship: Provide strategic consultation on salary structures and benefits initiatives.
- Payroll Liaison: Act as the senior advisor to the payroll section and management team on complex compensation projects and rewards strategy.
4. Compliance, Quality & Project Management
- Operational Excellence: Develop and monitor HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and risk assessments (ISO/Quality standards).
- HR Projects: Spearhead special HR transformation projects, focusing on continuous process improvement and solving complex organizational challenges.
- Labor Law Expertise: Ensure all HR practices and policies strictly adhere to Thai Labor Laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in HR Management with a strong portfolio in Recruitment, OD, and Training/HRD.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a junior HR team while engaging effectively with senior management.
- Technical Skills: Deep practical knowledge of Thai Labor Laws and HR compliance.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Location: Must be available for daily onsite work in Ayutthaya.
