What You Will Do

1.Overseas HR Operations & Execution: Manage HR functions for overseas entities, including recruitment, training, performance management, and talent retention.

2.Global HR Policy Implementation: Drive alignment and compliance of HR policies across regions.

3.Labor Law & Market Insights: Monitor labor regulations, talent trends, and HR risks in overseas markets and provide strategic recommendations.

4.International Recruitment & Talent Search: Lead volume hiring, cross-border recruiting, and hiring for critical global positions.

5.HR Project Execution: Support the company's global expansion by participating in planning and executing cross-country HR initiatives.

Requirements

1.Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or volume hiring.

2.Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent), able to conduct full English interviews.

3.Experience in multinational HR operations or exposure to overseas markets is a plus.

4.Strong resilience, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication skills.

5.A global mindset with high ownership, motivation, and willingness to grow.
