Execute and manage HR full function initiatives and closely works with HRBP to provide HR services for all employees in Asia and Taiwan BU toward business transformation.
Streamlined HR daily processes and introduce automation solution to increase team efficiency.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Manages the overall talent acquisition process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and hiring process follow-ups.
Handle employee life cycle services for APAC overseas locations: on-boarding, leave of absence, transfer, off-boarding and employee data maintenance.
Process overseas employees payroll and work with payroll service providers abroad to ensure payroll accuracy. Address related queries.
Facilitate conversations, meetings and workshops related to talent development, performance development, and roll-out.
Promote a clear understanding of HR policies and procedures among employees.
Collaborate with senior partners to architect data for deeper insights (e.g., hiring achievement and T/O rate), serving as a basis for HRBP initiatives and BU managers decisions.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or Statistics.
13 years of experience in recruitment.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with TOEIC 800+ or equivalent; capable of using English as a working language.
Good at data analysis, and proficient in MS offices, especially Power BI.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and skilled in time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
